The official CLE title is Seal the Deal: Performance Enhancing Negotiation & Rapport Building Skills for Lawyers, and carries 7.3 hours of continuing legal education credit, and 1 hour ethics. The one-day course covers the art of negotiation, achieving peak performance states, building rapport, preparation, negotiation techniques, and wild cards. This interactive and conversational course with exercises will catapult you to the “right side” of the negotiation curve.
